We’re hiring Management Trainees for our Graduate Programme — designed to develop future leaders in a fast-paced, people-driven industry. This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll work directly with large clients across multiple sectors, learning the ropes from the ground up.
Who This Role is For:
* Recent graduates (within the last 1–3 years) with degrees in Business, Management, Marketing, or related
* Or graduates from any field with strong interpersonal, problem-solving or commercial skills
* You’ve had experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. retail, hospitality, front-line service, student unions, events, etc.)
* You’re confident, coachable, and excited to learn through real-world training
* You want a career that offers fast-track progression into leadership and management
What You'll Be Doing:
* Working face-to-face with clients and customers across various sectors
* Representing major clients in a professional, consultative sales environment
* Supporting strategic campaigns with a focus on relationship-building and results
* Taking part in a structured graduate training programme to develop skills in sales, operations, and leadership
* Working toward clear KPIs and stepping into team lead responsibilities as you progress
