My client, one of the UK’s leading law firms, with over 100 years’ experience of successfully representing clients, are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a highly regarded department that advises on all aspects of wills, probate, trusts, tax, and estate planning. The successful candidate will be providing vital support to fee earners, helping them deliver excellent client service and ensuring the smooth running of cases. The role • Preparing and managing legal documentation, correspondence, and reports. • Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails, and legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. • Audio typing and digital dictation. • Handling file opening, ID checks, and client care letters. • Managing document formatting, version control, and numbering. • Scanning, paginating, photocopying, and maintaining file systems. • Coordinating appointments and supporting client communication. • Providing general administrative assistance to fee earners and the wider team.
