Temporary Facilities Assistant Larbey Evans is partnering with a leading US law firm to recruit a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join their London office on an initial 4-6 week basis. Salary to £22 per hour depending on experience Office based 5 days a week West-End based, very short walk from the tube station Temporary Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities include: To be a first point of contact on all facilities related requests within the London office Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained Operation of the Building Management System Conducting office moves and changes ensuring all offices are set-up and prepared as required Ensure all stationery areas are stocked and always maintained Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services for the office Take a lead to ensure all Health & Safety signage and information is up to date Temporary Facilities Assistant Key Skills & Requirements: 8 years’ experience in a facilities role (ideally law firm) Ability to manage own workload Excellent interpersonal skills Education to GSCE level (A – C in Maths and English or equivalent)
