Purpose of Position
Ensuring service users receive personalised care while respecting dignity, privacy, and independence.
Main Duties
* Conduct service user reviews and quality checks
* Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and policy-compliant
* Monitor support workers through spot checks and supervision
* Report concerns to the Managing Director
* Carry out new service user assessments and manage files
* Explain policies and obtain required documentation/signatures
* Lead or support team meetings and record outcomes
* Perform unannounced supervisory and audit visits
* Support staff induction, shadowing, and mandatory training
* Participate in audits and quality control initiatives
* Deputise for the Managing Director and handle on-call duties
* Ensure availability of equipment and PPE
* Conduct risk assessments to maintain safety standards
* Transcribe MAR/EMAR records monthly or as required
* Assist with scheduling, invoicing, care plans, and policy updates
* Liaise with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
* Perform other duties as reasonably required
