As part of your role, you will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils build confidence, independence, and engagement. You will also assist with daily classroom activities and help create a positive, inclusive environment for learning. Working closely with teachers and SEN specialists, you will support pupils academic, social, and emotional development. Youll help children access learning, improve communication skills, and encourage resilience.
