About the role
We’re looking for a talented Area Sales Executive to work full time in our developments in the Sevenoaks region.
As an Area Sales Executive, you’ll be the person who makes a true difference to the lives of our customers by introducing them to the world of independent living. You’ll proactively contact customers interested in our developments and provide expert advice on their purchase and lifestyle. Building strong relationships will ensure they have a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
Based on-site at the Welcome Centre, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets and meeting budgeted selling prices for your development. You'll gain an understanding of the site, which will become the next place customers call home.
As the development progresses, you'll have the opportunity to show apartments using a show home centre equipped with floor plans, apartment designs, interior options, and access to removal services.
You will work within a dynamic sales team, liaising closely with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, and Construction teams, as well as offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and managing sales through to completion.
Hours of work are Tuesday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
About you
Previous experience in face-to-face customer sales, with a focus on relationship building and understanding customer needs, is preferred. Experience in retirement living sales or selling to older adults would be advantageous.
Understanding that moving can be daunting, your calming and supportive approach will help our customers feel at ease when making important decisions.
Experience in plot progression is required.
The essential attributes include excellent customer relationship skills and a strong drive to succeed. You should be comfortable working independently, proactively engaging in sales and marketing, and motivated to generate and follow up on warm leads.
You must demonstrate professionalism, responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience using IT databases. A valid UK Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel throughout Surrey are also required.
