Position Overview: They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Statistician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analysing clinical trials, contributing to the development of ground-breaking treatments and therapies. Your expertise in oncology or rare diseases will be critical in driving meaningful insights and guiding decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biostatisticians, data managers, and medical experts, to develop statistical strategies for clinical trials.
* Lead the statistical analysis planning and conduct analyses to evaluate safety, efficacy, and patient outcomes.
* Develop and validate statistical models, ensuring the quality and integrity of the data.
* Provide expert guidance on study design, sample size calculation, randomization, and statistical methodology.
* Generate comprehensive reports and statistical summaries for regulatory submissions and scientific presentations.
* Stay up-to-date with advancements in statistical methodologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in statistics, biostatistics, or a related field.
* Strong experience in clinical trial design and statistical analysis, specifically in oncology or rare diseases.
* Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., SAS, R) and experience with data visualization tools.
* Deep understanding of regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and familiarity with CDISC standards.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex statistical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
