We are looking for a well-organised and compassionate individual to join our friendly Speech and Language Therapy team in an assistant role. In this role, you will support the work of our qualified therapists, helping to deliver therapy programmes for patients with communication and swallowing impairments.
We highly value our staff and offer comprehensive training and guidance to ensure you feel confident in carrying out therapy programmes under the direction of a Speech and Language Therapist. Alongside your practical skills, we appreciate strong observation, listening, and communication abilities, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Main duties of the job
* Assist in delivering therapy programmes for both swallowing and communication needs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
* Support patient handovers and onward referrals.
* Manage stock control, maintenance, and ordering of therapy resources.
* Undertake general administrative duties to support the team.
