Commercial Property Lawyer Role – Key Responsibilities
Manage a Diverse Commercial Property Caseload
* Development projects and land transactions
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Investment and portfolio transactions
* Commercial leases and asset management
Client Work & Relationship Development
* Advise a broad client base including developers, investors, housebuilders, social housing providers and energy companies
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Work closely with an experienced and well-regarded real estate team
Commercial Property Solicitor Requirements – Taunton Role
Experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (3+ PQE)
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Law
* Experience gained within a regional, national, or boutique law firm
* Strong technical knowledge of real estate transactions
* Excellent communication and client management skills
