Trainee Assistant Site Manager- Suffolk based
Opportunity for a Trainee Assistant Site Manager to work for a multi-billion turnover construction and development business with a turnover more than £1 Billion. This is an exciting new role due to additional workload secured on one of their major projects.
About the role
* Working as a Trainee Assistant Site Manager site-based in Suffolk across a mixture of live and upcoming phases.
* Supporting delivery of a major multi-phase accommodation scheme consisting of 16 residential blocks, leisure facilities, cafés and associated infrastructure works.
* Exposure to additional projects valued between £10m-£40m across the education, healthcare and commercial office sectors.
* Based in Suffolk for an initial 3-4 year period with a strong pipeline of further projects secured with the existing client.
* Monitoring day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing safely, on programme and in line with drawings and specifications.
* Supporting the Site Manager with coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site documentation and ensuring health & safety standards are met.
