Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Property Manager. The role involves assisting with daily property management tasks, with opportunities for training and career development, including enrollment in a Professional Diploma in Property Factoring and our in-house training program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange repairs and maintenance for common areas
* Plan maintenance and manage client accounts
* Coordinate maintenance contracts
* Attend owners' meetings and AGMs as required
* Conduct annual site inspections
* Handle daily inquiries (excluding credit functions)
* Assist in the sale of client properties
* Update client information and newsletters
* Monitor contractor lists and ensure documentation is current
* Coordinate work with contractors
* Perform miscellaneous tasks as needed
* Maintain Health and Safety files
You will work under the guidance of an experienced Property Manager who will mentor you throughout your development.
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
* Customer service-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Full clean driving license
