Core responsibilities •To prepare and cook food in accordance with all hygiene regulations •To be aware of specific dietary requirements and respond to resident comments and requests •To ensure that waste is disposed of in the correct and safe manner as detailed by the Head Chef. •To assist with the serving of food as required. •To assist in ensuring that the kitchen area is compliant with all health and safety and food hygiene standards •Any other duties as reasonably expected.
