About the Podcast
We are a British‑Life podcast based in Central London, looking for a part‑time Audio Engineer/Producer Co‑Founder. This role is one of two engineers who will lead the production of our podcast. Work will be on Sundays approximately 3‑4 hours, with occasional weekday evenings if necessary.
Responsibilities
* Record, edit and produce episodes using Ableton Live and Rodecaster Pro.
* Collaborate with the team to develop audio quality and creative direction.
* Stand in for production tasks on Sunday afternoons and occasional weekday evenings.
Expectations & Compensation
* Unpaid initially; remuneration may begin later in the year as the project grows.
* Availability on Sunday mornings and ability to travel to Central London.
* Familiarity with recording hardware/software (better if using Ableton Live or Rodecaster Pro).
* Experience viewing the existing podcast to understand its narrative and feel.
Qualifications & Skills
* Personality and ambition; willing to be part of a small team with big goals.
* Proficient in audio engineering and podcast production techniques.
* Can commit to part‑time involvement.
