THE COMPANY
A fast-scaling, purpose-led organisation with millions of members across the UK is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join & lead their Performance & Trading team!
THE ROLE
As the Senior CRM Manager, you will sit in and lead the Performance & Trading area of the wider CRM function; you will drive daily engagement, weekly trading, and measurable revenue. You will own the weekly CRM calendar across email and push, ensuring every message counts. From shaping the trading plan to leading a team of three CRM specialists, this is a highly visible role where you’ll drive usage, MAU, and orders, and play a pivotal role in how the organisation engages with its 4M+ members. You’ll be the voice of CRM in trading forums, aligning with revenue and partnerships to prioritise offer-led comms and member-centric campaigns. Backed by Braze and real-time data, you’ll steer reporting, testing, and optimisation, turning insight into action, and campaigns into results!
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proven experience as a leader in the CRM space, specifically focused on Performance & Trading
* Braze experience strongly preferred
