I am recruiting a Residential Property Paralegal, who will assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of residential property conveyancing including maintaining meticulous records and accounts. Your role will involve effective communication with clients via email and telephone, handling client enquiries, and preparing and submitting SDLT Returns and HM Land Registry applications. You will review title and property documents, prepare contract packs, conduct research, and manage various administrative tasks. Office based in Chesterfield, you’ll be part of a highly regarded law firm providing wider services to our clients including wills & probate, family law, employment advice, litigation, commercial property and corporate work.
