Proven experience in housebuilding is essential, ideally within a quality-led SME environment.
Previous leadership of high-performing sales teams, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.
Deep understanding of the local property market and buyer demographics.
Ability to create and deliver a robust, data-driven sales strategy aligned with business goals.
Set and manage clear KPIs to monitor sales performance and implement action plans where needed.
Develop accurate sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and tailored go-to-market plans for each development site.
