Main duties of the job
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of transformation and service improvement projects across the Primary Care Network (PCN). Working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, the post holder will provide project coordination, administrative oversight, and engagement support to ensure that initiatives are delivered efficiently on time, and with measurable impact for patients, carers, and staff.
