Location: Portlaoise site

What you’ll do:
* Administer mobilisation and de-mobilisation/delivery of equipment and materials to project sites, ensuring documentation and system updates
* Manage import/export documentation and liaise with authorities
* Coordinate collection and delivery of equipment to/from customer sites
* Maintain communication with transport suppliers to meet requirements
* Monitor performance data related to On Time In Full and transport recoveries
* Identify suitable equipment to fulfill contracts
* Ensure compliance with procedures and audits
* Provide expertise and advice to employees as needed
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
* Knowledge of technical procedures
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
