Why This Role? As a Site Administrator, you will be the backbone of the site team, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. You will manage essential site documentation, coordinate meetings, and support health and safety compliance, all while using key construction management software. What You’ll Be Doing Organising and maintaining site documentation, records, and data through platforms such as 4Projects (4P), Common Data Environment (CDE), and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and handling correspondence Coordinating meetings and managing site visitor logs Supporting procurement and liaising with suppliers Monitoring site supplies and ensuring the site office is well equipped Assisting with health and safety documentation and compliance What We’re Looking For Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within construction Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with 4P, CDE platforms, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Understanding of construction processes and health & safety is desirable What’s In It for You Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile projects Supportive team environment with clear career progression If you’re ready to take the next step and join a thriving construction team, we would love to hear from you!
