Role Summary: The Senior Manager, International Internal Medicine Policy, will develop and implement policy and public affairs strategies aligned with international Internal Medicine commercial priorities in coordination with relevant colleagues in International Commercial Policy and Communications, the International Commercial Office, and Global Marketing. Role Responsibilities: • Manage development of international policy and public affairs strategies related to international Internal Medicine priorities, ensuring proactive issue identification and tracking of policy trends in coordination with relevant cross-functional partners. • Support alignment of global policy narratives, advocacy tools, and materials with the needs and priorities of and the international Internal Medicine business in coordination with above-market and in-country teams. • Provide strategic counsel to guide development and implementation of policy advocacy strategies aligned with international Internal Medicine priorities. • Represent Pfizer in international external policy engagements and forum. • Maintain the highest standards of compliance in all activities. Job Qualifications: • Strong experience in international relations, health policy, or related field. • Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced degree preferred. • Experience in developing international above-market policy and public affairs strategies for external and internal stakeholders, including policymakers and KOLs. • Successful collaboration with Commercial teams, Policy & Public Affairs, Global Marketing, Global Access and Value, and other cross-functional teams. • Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, handle multiple tasks with frequent tight deadlines, work well in team environments, and be productive when working independently with minimal supervision.
