We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 6 Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our client's team in Surrey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and young people, providing high-quality physiotherapy services to support their physical development and well-being. The successful candidate will assess, plan, and implement treatment programmes tailored to paediatric patients' individual needs.
Responsibilities include:
* Conducting comprehensive assessments of children with various physical conditions.
* Developing and delivering personalised treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed.
* Collaborating with families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
* Maintaining accurate records, adhering to quality protocols, and complying with health and safety regulations.
* Providing education and support to families and contributing to service improvements.
Qualifications and Experience:
* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
* BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Significant paediatric physiotherapy experience
* Proficiency in assessing and treating paediatric conditions
* Understanding of child development and physiotherapy techniques
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to professional development
