We’re looking for confident, organised, and personable Production Manager / Show Rep(s) to join our team, with opportunities available on both a freelance and salaried basis. This is a hybrid PM / Show Rep role focused on show delivery, artist liaison, and client-facing production, supporting live events and touring productions.
This role does not involve managing tour travel logistics. Instead, you’ll be a key on-the-ground lead, ensuring smooth show days through strong communication, venue coordination, technical oversight, and a professional artist and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee show-day production delivery from advance through to load-out
* Coordinate elements of basic technical setup alongside venue teams, suppliers, and crew
* Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, representing the production professionally
* Serve as artist liaison, managing backstage operations and ensuring a positive artist experience
* Advance, interpret, and deliver artist riders and dressing room requirements
* Liaise directly with venue staff, security, promoters, and production teams
* Manage show-day schedules, calls, and running orders
* Oversee VIP Meet & Greet activity, including timing, guest flow, and stakeholder coordination
* Maintain clear communication across artists, clients, venues, and crew
* Remain calm and solutions-focused, resolving issues efficiently under pressure
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience in Production Management and/or Show Rep roles within live events or touring
* Comfortable working in client-facing and artist-facing environments
* Understanding of venue operations and live event workflows
* Some technical knowledge (audio, lighting, staging, or show operations)
* Ability to deliver artist riders professionally and diplomatically
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
* Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel as required
Training and support can be provided to further develop technical knowledge.
Desirable
* Hands-on technical background
* Experience managing VIP or guest experiences
* Knowledge of live event health & safety processes
* Full driving licence
Freelance & Salaried Opportunities
* Freelance roles: Project-based work across live events and touring
* Salaried roles: Long-term opportunities within the team, including:
* Wellbeing allowance (available after successful completion of one year’s employment)
* Private medical insurance (available after successful completion of one year’s employment)
* Training and development opportunities
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be calm, professional, and people-focused — confident managing artists, clients, and venues while keeping the production running smoothly. You take pride in delivering a high-quality experience both front-of-house and backstage, and you’re keen to grow your skills as part of a supportive team.
