We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager with:
* Excellent understanding of technology and security fundamentals.
* Experience in technical project/program management or 4 years as an IT system administrator.
* Experience with PaaS and SaaS, including collaboration tools and IAM.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
* Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Workspace or GCP, cloud security, mobile device management, and data loss prevention technologies.
The Role: Support and drive our customers' cloud journey, collaborate cross-functionally, and promote adoption of Google products. You will be the primary contact for customers at an admin/technical level, providing workshops, operational reviews, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a primary liaison for customers.
* Deliver workshops and operational calls.
* Develop initiatives to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction.
* Support technical relationships with product and solution briefings.
* Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed.
