General Teaching Assistant

The role will involve:
1. Supporting students in the classroom with their learning across various subjects
2. Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
3. Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning and encourage participation
4. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
5. Helping monitor student progress and reporting observations to teaching staff
Ideal candidates will have:
1. Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential)
2. A proactive and flexible attitude
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
