Are you a caring and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in children’s lives?
A friendly, inclusive primary school in Hayes is seeking a dedicated TA to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional learning needs.
 
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties)
✅ Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
✅ Ability to adapt to individual learning styles and needs
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ A genuine passion for helping every child achieve their potential
 
You’ll Need:
 * Experience in a primary school or SEN setting
 * Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
 * A positive attitude and commitment to inclusion
 * Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
