As a licensed supplier, we have the privilege of working with some of the most recognisable brands in the world – including Disney, Bluey, Peppa Pig, and Peter Rabbit.
As our Ecommerce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the development, management, and launch of our new B2B ecommerce platform focused on the dress-up category.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the platform, ensuring our products are accurately listed, inventory is up to date, and orders flow seamlessly from click to delivery.
You’ll work closely with both our Finance department and our Dress-Up team to ensure our online store runs smoothly, efficiently, and delivers a fantastic customer experience.
Managing the ecommerce platform, including product setup, theme edits, and general configuration
Taking ownership of site merchandising: uploading products, writing descriptions, setting pricing, and organising categories
Supporting regular content and imagery updates to ensure the website remains visually engaging and on-brand
Monitoring website performance and promptly flagging or resolving any technical or user-experience issues
Assisting with sales reporting, customer behaviour analysis, and ecommerce trend insights to support commercial decisions
Managing inventory and stock levels, including sell-through tracking, weeks of cover, and markdown support
Collaborating with the Dress-Up team on product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Maintaining a smooth and consistent customer journey that aligns with our brand values and B2B expectations
As this is a hands-on role during an exciting period of growth for the group, the position is full-time, office-based role at our HQ in Maldon, Essex.
