Customer Account Administrator 6 Month Contract Tewkesbury | Onsite £27,000 pro rata (6 months) The Role Were seeking an organised Customer Account Administrator with trade administration exposure to support OE and Aftermarket programmes within a fast-paced engineering environment. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a Trade Specialist, gaining deeper experience in shipping, compliance and international trade processes. Key Responsibilities Order and data entry into business systems Review purchase orders against quotations and contract terms Maintain order books (dates, quantities, pricing updates) Monitor order progression through manufacturing and repair Support shipping documentation and trade compliance activities Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve delivery or contractual queries Maintain contract files, customer records and change logs Act as admin contact for assigned customer programmes What Were Looking For Administrative experience in a customer or commercial environment Exposure to trade / shipping administration (import/export paperwork, logistics coordination, compliance support) Strong written communication and organisation skills High attention to detail and ability to prioritise If this looks of interest then please apply
