Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they are given the highest level of service by living our Service Promise. You’ll be part of a team that has fun, supports each other and delivers results. You will do this by living and breathing our brand values in everything you do: Customer Obsessed, Play To Win, We Are One and It Starts With Me. You will inspire our customers to look good and express themselves with the latest fashion wherever and whenever they want. You will achieve this by being an ambassador for the brand and demonstrating our Customer Obsessed value.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities

o You’ll help inspire our customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques.
o You are able to create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality and individual style shine through.
o We’re Omnichannel, so if a customer can’t find what they are looking for in store, you help them find it online and make it easy for them to shop with one brand.
o Passionate about understanding who our local customers are and use that to drive sales and connect to the local community including charity partners.
o Support delivery of great store standards and create a visually exciting experience that inspires customers to shop.

* Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Roles and Responsibilities
* The Your Voice Representative role is important: help give team members confidence to voice ideas and opinions about anything that impacts team feeling and how we can improve the workplace.
* Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store.
* Act as an ambassador at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and possibly bi‑annual divisional meetings, sharing back key themes and ideas.
* Challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback.
* Maintain close relationships with the team and model company values, showcasing a great example to customers and team.
Key Holder (Operational or Delivery)
* As a Key Holder (subject to completing mandatory training), you will support opening and set‑up of the store in the absence of management.
* Access the store prior to trade to complete delivery or other tasks before opening.
* Ensure all H&S and security procedures are adhered to, and be responsible for team, service levels and stock in the absence of management.
Department Specialist
* Work with pride to deliver exceptional standards in your department and maintain operational excellence to benefit customer journey.
* Use data and reporting to shape department performance.
* Be the go‑to expert and confidently recommend products to customers.
Visual Merchandising Specialist
* Support delivery of brand VM and POS guidelines through product handling and retail standards.
* Execute window and mannequin styling to a high standard and support floor moves for sales or promo launches.
* Keep up to date with current trends, competitor activity, and influencer promotion.
