Ideal Candidate:
* HNC/Degree in Architectural Technology, Design, or a related field
* Chartered (MCIAT) with several years of UK:based industry experience
* Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and detailing in the UK
* Experienced in AutoCAD; Revit, BIM modelling, and SketchUp Pro advantageous
* Highly motivated, proactive, and professional with excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational, time management, and collaborative abilities
* Resourceful, detail:oriented, and committed to delivering high:quality work
Daily Duties:
* Supporting the managing director and the creative design team
* Producing full planning and construction drawings and specification packages
* Preparing tender packages and coordinating specialist consultants
* Conducting on:site surveys and producing record or as:built drawings
* Carrying out risk assessments and compliance checks for pre:construction
* Liaising with statutory authorities, suppliers, subcontractors, site managers, and fabricators
* Supporting the construction team, including contracts directors and site managers
* Contributing to the smooth delivery of design:driven residential and bespoke projects
