Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor / Manager to oversee property maintenance and compliance across a UK-wide estate. This Midlands-based role involves national travel and requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple contractors to maintain high standards across diverse sites.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance services across the UK estate.
* Manage maintenance contractors to ensure effective service delivery.
* Conduct checks to ensure work compliance and quality.
* Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards.
* Manage budgets and report on performance monthly.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree/HNC in Building Surveying/Construction or equivalent, with professional qualifications (RICS/CIOB).
* Knowledge of building construction, mechanical, and electrical installations.
* Experience in maintenance roles within leisure, hospitality, or retail sectors.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
