Key Responsibilities- Field Service Engineer – Lighting Perform commissioning, replacement, preventive, and corrective maintenance on intelligent emergency lighting systems and central battery installations. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues remotely and on-site, providing effective solutions and collaborating with specialist teams. Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings and improve customer operations by eliminating pain points. Deliver exceptional customer service with a "first-time-right" approach, planning and executing work to meet expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Prepare materials, parts, and equipment; complete accurate documentation, reports, and customer sign-offs.
