Sales Manager - Refrigeration Solutions
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 + Bonus + company car + benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a leading provider of innovative refrigeration and cooling solutions, serving supermarkets, convenience stores, and the wider food retail sector.
With a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and cutting-edge technology, this is an exciting opportunity to help businesses optimise their refrigeration and HVAC systems for maximum performance.
Responsibilities
* As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new customer relationships, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
* Identifying and converting new business opportunities across key markets.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
* Promoting a wide range of turnkey CO₂ & SPI solutions, including display refrigeration, cold rooms, heating, cooling, and heat recovery systems.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers across retail, distribution, and foodservice.
* Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful handover to technical teams.
About You
* Proven experience in sales within the refrigeration sector.
* A strong understanding of integral, SPI, remote, and CO₂ refrigeration solutions.
* A technical background is preferred, particularly in plant and system design (refrigeration, heating & cooling).
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential.
