Job&Talent are recruiting for two experienced Customer Service & Logistics candidates in the Crayford area. We are looking for hardworking, experienced Customer Service professionals to join the team. Our client is ramping up for new business opportunities and is looking to hire two Customer Service team members: one office-based role and one office/warehouse-based role.
As a Customer Service Agent you will need to have:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
* Good time management and attention to detail
* Confidence using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
* A good standard of written and spoken English
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between warehouse scanning tasks and desk-based duties.
* Experience in Logistics would be a bonus
