Overview
Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Kingston upon Thames. You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
* Proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience
* Support you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skill with full training
* Provide outstanding service as the first point of contact in our branches
* Help customers with banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers
* Identify opportunities to help customers with simple financial products and collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience

Working pattern
You’ll need to be flexible in terms of hours, typically working during branch opening hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday) with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays.
