Pharmacy Dispenser role at Superdrug
Location: Lancaster
Hours: 16 hours a week, over 4 shifts (9:00-13:00 or 13:30-17:30)
Salary: £13.30 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £12.50 per hour (Trainee pharmacy assistant)
We welcome applicants who are already NVQ Level 2 qualified or have no pharmacy experience and are eager to begin their career as a trainee pharmacy assistant.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment
* Delivering exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary
* Ensuring customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
We’re Looking For
* Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin your pharmacy career with us as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
* No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service
* A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work well in a team or independently
* Confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services
