Job Responsibility
The Team Personal Assistant for Mission role is a support role working within the Programme Management Office, but working with that team and episcopal colleagues whose roles are to develop mission across the Diocese.
The vacancy is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter with experience of working as a team PA. The post holder will apply discretion and diplomacy in their work and be competent to manage much of the work on their own.
Working hours: 35 hours per week
Salary:£26,160 - £27,633

ROLE DUTIES
* To manage the Missional Team's calendar and appointments in an accurate and efficient manner, ensuring that meetings, conference and training events are co-ordinated so that the relevant people are in the right place at the right time.
* To highlight and address potential conflicting priorities when required.
* To attend and participate in occasional meetings of other PAs within the CDBF office.
* Be part of the rota to cover CDBF reception to cover receptionist absence as required by the CEO & Diocesan Secretary PA.
* To provide high-quality support to the Missional Team in preparation for key meetings and forums, including the collation of relevant documentation, creating agendas, preparing and distributing minutes, highlighting actions.
CRITERIA
* At least ‘A' level standard or equivalent level of education
* Proven professional PA/administration support to a team
* Experience of managing diaries and arranging meetings with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience of Office 365 (or equivalent), Excel, Zoom, Teams and Electronic Diary Systems. Experience of drafting emails and correspondence relating to routine and non-routine matters.
