You will be joining the team at Douglas Court a lovely purpose built 43 bed quality residential home for dementia in Ivy Square, Derby offering affordable and high-quality care. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Acting Senior Care Assistant to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will primarily work as a Care Assistant, providing high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans, while stepping up to fulfil senior duties as required. This includes administering medication, supervising and supporting care staff, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with healthcare professionals. You'll play a key role in promoting the wellbeing and dignity of our residents, ensuring they receive attentive, respectful, and personalised care at all times.
