About the Role
We’re thrilled to invite passionate Commis Chefs to join our vibrant team at Butlin’s! Here, you’ll be part of something truly special—crafting unforgettable dining experiences for our guests across a variety of exciting venues. From the welcoming Beachcomber Inn to a retro American Diner and a beloved chicken restaurant, each menu is designed to surprise and delight, and you’ll play a vital role in bringing it all to life.
At Butlin’s, we believe that variety is the spice of life! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills across multiple kitchens, each with its own unique style and pace.
You’ll enjoy guaranteed hours—35 per week—working five days out of seven, with the option to pick up paid overtime. Our shifts span the day, starting as early as 6 AM and wrapping up around midnight, so flexibility is key!
If you’re relocating, we may offer live-in accommodation (subject to a DBS check) to help make your transition as smooth as possible.
About You
We’re on the lookout for Commis Chefs who bring more than just enthusiasm to the table. While we value kitchen experience—even if it’s just a few months—this role isn’t for complete beginners. If you’ve spent time in a professional kitchen and are familiar with the basics, we’d love to hear from you!
