Technical Product Manager - Leading Conversational AI Organisation
Experience Required:
* Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in AI-driven or technical product environments.
* Proven track record of owning products end-to-end, from discovery through delivery, with a strong grasp of product-market fit and go-to-market strategy.
Preferred Domain Expertise:
* Primary Preferred: Voice interfaces, conversational AI, chatbots.
* Secondary: Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and related AI technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead product discovery and delivery, adapting strategy as needed in fast-evolving environments.
* Define and refine the product vision, target customer segments, and quantify market opportunity.
* Own product-market fit: assess readiness, iterate based on feedback, and drive adoption.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams; must be able to translate technical complexity into product strategy and vice versa.
* Establish and track key product metrics to guide growth, performance, and prioritization.
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.

* Strong technical acumen—able to manage and challenge engineering teams effectively.
* Experience managing complex technical products or platforms, ideally with AI/ML components.
* Comfortable working with international teams across time zones and cultures.
