Were partnered with a leading digital transformation consultancy to hire an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to support enterprise-level delivery projects across ITSM, ITOM, and custom ServiceNow applications.
Youll take ownership of the technical direction, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves leading development teams, working closely with architects and project managers, and ensuring all technical implementations meet best practice and customer requirements.
Lead technical design sessions and oversee solution implementation
Act as the primary technical authority on ServiceNow development
Ensure quality assurance, code reviews, and adherence to platform governance
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Lead or Senior Developer
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module configuration
Expertise in scripting (JavaScript, Glide, APIs, IntegrationHub)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM/ITOM) are advantageous
