As Customs Clerk, you will be tasked to process customs clearances for air, sea, and road shipments-both import and export. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business. Complete customs declarations accurately using internal transport and customs systems. Escalate issues when required. Support key account management and contribute to client growth.
