In joining St Marychurch CofE Primary and Nursery School, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming staff team and a supportive community. You will have the opportunity to develop your teaching and leadership skills in an environment that has a strong focus on CPD whatever career stage you are at. We are looking for someone who:

1. Is an excellent classroom practitioner
2. Has relevant key stage experience
3. Has good phonics knowledge and understanding of early literacy skills
4. Is used to working in positive and proactive ways and collaborating with others to drive high expectations supporting the overall school improvement
5. Is creative and passionate about working with children
6. Will work effectively as part of a close team of staff
7. Will be happy to support the Christian ethos through our school values
