HR Business Partner at a glance...
You will drive all people activities, initiatives, and programs for the Dover site, supporting the Plant Manager and serving as a key member of the plant leadership team. Your focus will be on people development, talent pipeline, organizational efficiency, change management, and cultural transformation to meet goals related to people, cost, and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
1. Process Management: Own and implement HR processes such as workforce planning, compensation, organizational change, process improvement, staffing, training, and organizational development.
2. Talent: Drive talent development, collaborate on staffing plans, and manage talent movements within and across functions.
3. Labor Relations: Manage employee and labor relations, investigate and resolve issues, and set union labor strategies.
4. Culture: Demonstrate Kraft Heinz’s mission and values, and act as a change champion.
5. Employee Engagement: Build relationships with employees to promote job enrichment, engagement, and development.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements.

Salary Range: $118,400 - $148,000
Bonus: Performance-based, as per plan terms.
