We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our estate agency branch on a full‑time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
Responsibilities
* Register customers and carry out property matches for lettings properties.
* Generate and conduct property viewings.
* Negotiate offers between all parties.
* Maximise branch income with the cross‑sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
* Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is ideal; however we will consider relevant transferable skills in customer service and sales.
In Return We Offer
* On Target Earnings (OTE) pay circa £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
* First few months guaranteed commission pay.
* 5‑day working week, including Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
