Support Worker – Nuneaton
£12.22 per hour, typical shifts are weekdays and alternative weekends: 7:30‑2:30 pm, then 2:30‑9:30 pm.

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on female support workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.
Responsibilities
Enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising, and engaging in activities such as attending local bars and pubs, playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema. You will help them grow in confidence and independence to achieve goals such as cooking dinner or going on holiday.
Qualifications & Experience
* Resilient, flexible, and composed in approach
* Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
* Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories, and trauma survivors
* Female‑only requirement (genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Equality Act 2010)
