About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in delivering SilverChef’s next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll lead and grow key partner accounts, driving strong and consistent sales performance through effective relationship management, strengthening partner capability and strategic account development. Working closely with Business Development Managers and internal teams, you’ll ensure our partners are supported, engaged, and set up for long‑term success. Your key contributions include: Growing key partner accounts with effective sales, marketing and training strategies. Taking over and managing partner accounts transitioned from Business Development Managers. Analysing sales performance data to ensure account plans deliver results. Preparing credit submission documentation and recommending mitigations. Building strong relationships with Operations, Credit, Customer Service, Marketing and the wider sales team. Sharing insights, strategies and performance updates with sales peers. What You’ll Need to Succeed: 3 years’ B2B sales account management, or business development experience. Current driver’s licence and own vehicle. Proven experience exceeding sales targets, growing key accounts and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Strong relationship builder who collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent, adaptable communicator who can confidently coach, influence and build capability with a range of customers and partners. Confident and resilient, with innovative thinking and a growth mindset. Self‑starter who works autonomously and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
