We are recruiting on behalf of several welcoming and well-managed secondary schools in Dover, who are seeking a capable Cover Supervisor to join their teams immediately. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently lead a classroom, keep pupils engaged, and handle behaviour with ease.
Role Details:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Location: Dover, Kent
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (part-time may be available)
* Contract: Ongoing supply with potential for long-term placements
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
* Ensure a positive, productive classroom environment
* Manage pupil behaviour confidently and effectively
* Provide consistent support to students and liaise with staff as needed
You will need:
* Previous experience leading a class (e.g. Cover Supervisor, HLTA, or similar)
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Confidence, flexibility, and professionalism
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
