Performance Marketing/ Paid Media Executive Location: Birmingham (office-based) Employment Type: Full-time, in-house Reports to: Head of Marketing Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) The Opportunity We're supporting a high-growth UK eCommerce business that has scaled rapidly over a short period of time and continues to outperform the market through data-led decision-making and performance-focused marketing. The business has achieved consistent year-on-year revenue growth and is investing heavily in its in-house marketing capability. Role Overview You'll support the execution and optimisation of paid media activity across multiple performance channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others where relevant. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven performance marketer who enjoys improving ROAS, reducing CPA, and driving scalable, profitable growth through paid acquisition. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider digital teams, you'll help ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional channels Assist in building and managing PPC, paid social, remarketing, display, and video campaigns Optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA efficiency, and conversion performance Build and manage structured testing frameworks (A/B testing, creative testing, bidding strategies) Collaborate with creative and content teams to brief performance-led assets Monitor daily performance and make proactive, data-led optimisation decisions Support the use of automation tools, scripts, and AI-driven optimisation methods Identify opportunities for new channels, audience expansion, and growth experimentation Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years' experience in paid media or performance marketing In-house performance marketing background preferred Proven experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, remarketing, display, and video advertising Track record of optimising for ROAS, CPA, and profitable growth Confident using GA4, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance data Strong reporting, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and strong time management Desirable Experience Experience managing multi-market or international campaigns Exposure to Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, or X (Twitter) Ads Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce/CRM platforms Understanding of attribution modelling and first-party data strategies Experience managing product feeds via Google Merchant Centre or similar tools What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Autonomy to test, learn, and optimise Opportunity to join a fast-scaling business Clear progression as the marketing team continues to grow Benefits Company pension Employee discount Casual dress code On-site parking Gym membership Canteen Company events and mentoring programme There is potential flexibility for a hybird set up for the right candidate for this role, contact me for more details.
