Job Description
We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join the P&C Team at The Hoxton in London. Reporting into the People and Culture Partner, the role will support the People team and Operations teams across all four The Hoxton, London Hotels, with a focus on The Hoxton, Holborn and The Hoxton, Shoreditch.
This role offers a great opportunity to gain first-hand experience in all aspects of People & Culture within a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business. What you’ll do…
* Be the first point of contact for team questions and requests, supporting the People team
* Manage employee lifecycle administration: onboarding, changes, offboarding
* Act as HRIS system expert, updating Fourth system
* Manage communication platform, Connect
* Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including paperwork and tech setup
* Prepare and manage employee contracts and RTW checks
* Organize and deliver weekly inductions
* Generate reports on workforce metrics and employee lifecycle events
* Support talent attraction efforts and recruitment system updates
* Collaborate with Payroll on accurate and timely payments
* Assist with employee relations, conflicts, investigations, and grievances
* Support Training activities and employee benefits administration
* Participate in engagement activities and visits across properties
* Contribute to ad-hoc projects with the People & Culture team
