This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to join a long established, busy, suburban firm in Carrickfergus. You will be working with a Solicitor/Partner in the field of Family Law to include Matrimonial and Children's Law. Key Responsibilities include; Providing excellent administrative support to solicitor Diary management to include Court attendance, scheduling appointments and consultations via zoom and in person Drafting and completion of correspondence and legal documents Making and receiving calls, emails and handling client queries in a professional and timely manner Maintaining an accurate and up to date paper and electronic filing system Navigating the Legal Aid LAMS system Transcribing audio dictation, verbal and written instructions with a high degree of accuracy You should have; Previous experience as a Legal Secretary Experience with the LAMS system Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgement in day-to-day tasks Working hours - Negotiable, full-time and part-time hours will be considered. Salary - Commensurate with experience, circa £24'500.00 - £28'000.00 per annum.
